GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – RET International, a leading NGO focused on education and protection for women and youth made vulnerable by violence, conflict, and disaster, is proud to announce that it has been named a recipient of the Tech for Good Impact Awards from Zendesk, a pioneer in Agentic AI-powered service. 

The Tech for Good Impact Awards are an initiative of Zendesk Foundation’s Tech for Good program, which provides nonprofit winners up to $50,000 in grants and pro bono software. This allows nonprofits around the world to scale impact in their communities, promote resilience in times of crisis, and help create career pathways into the tech industry. The program currently partners with nearly 110 organizations and has donated over $50 million in product since 2018.

RET will use Zendesk software to streamline its case management, enabling youth-led community help desks, and using data dashboards to track needs—expanding access to protection, employability, and participation for displaced and vulnerable youth.
