EMPLOYEE MATCHING DONATIONS
Double your impact with a few clicks
Many employers match charitable gifts – often dollar for dollar – meaning your donation to RET International USA can go twice (or even three times) as far in ensuring education and protection for the most vulnerable communities.
What is an employee matching donation?
Employee matching gifts are corporate programs that match an employee’s personal donation to eligible nonprofits, typically at a 1:1 ratio (some offer 2:1 or 3:1).
Billions in matching funds go unclaimed each year because donors don’t realize they’re eligible (estimates range from $4–$7 billion annually).
Why these gifts matter to RET International USA
Matching gifts multiply resources without additional fundraising. They help us reach more students, support women-led enterprises, and strengthen community resilience. They also improve predictability for program planning. Your single gift can unlock sustained impact.
