Bayan Halabi, a 27-year-old Syrian woman in Akkar El-Atika, Lebanon, turned her handmade textile passion into a growing business with support from RET Germany and GATE Lebanon. Before joining the program, she sold products through Instagram but struggled to present them professionally and attract more customers. Business development sessions helped her gain practical skills, including using the Photo Room app to improve product images and strengthen her online presence. As a result, Bayan enhanced her digital marketing, increased visibility, and improved customer engagement. She is now better positioned to expand her market reach and build a more sustainable future for herself and her family.
